Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled that our room was ready within just 75 minutes of our arrival, allowing us to start exploring by 11.30am. The room was spacious, with a super cozy bed, just like the pictures on the booking site showed. However, being asked to leave due to minimal noise was a bit of a disappointment.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making it easy for me to spread out and relax. However, the service, although not unfriendly, did not particularly stand out. The location was perfect, close to various attractions and dining options. The dining experience was decent but a bit on the pricey side. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and cleverly designed with distinct zones, but I had to endure a guest smoking pot nearby. The service was warm and accommodating, although some extra charges were unexpected. The location was fantastic in a quiet area close to shops, but there was an unpleasant incident that tainted the experience. The dining was quite pricey and not very varied. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
My stay was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean with a big couch, nice bathroom, and a cute little balcony, but the price was a bit high. The service was top-notch, with the staff being lovely and very helpful. The location was great, close to all the restaurants and attractions in West Hollywood. However, the dining experience was disappointing with sub-standard croissants, and the hotel was under renovations, making the atmosphere less enjoyable.
The hotel is decent and nice to stay in, with good size clean rooms that are comfortable and close to restaurants. The location is very good, offering easy access to LA sights and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. However, the dining options are expensive and the food quality is substandard. Service is lacking in friendliness and efficiency, with additional charges for access to certain pool areas. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring West Hollywood and nearby areas, easily accessible via Uber or public transport.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The spacious rooms with small kitchens and coffee maker made me feel at home. However, the dining options were limited and quite expensive. The service was outstanding and truly made a difference in my stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony and a cozy sitting room featuring a fireplace. Although the soundproofing could be improved, the sunken living room, kitchenette, and leather sectional added a luxurious touch. The service was exceptional, with the front desk lady being incredibly helpful and attentive. The pool and rooftop bar were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to provide top-notch customer service. The location was perfect, situated in a great residential area within easy reach of various attractions. While the dining options were a bit on the expensive side, the quality was top-notch. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers spacious suites that provide a great opportunity to spread out, with a comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the bathrooms. However, the lack of a chair on the patio was a little inconvenient, and the musty smell in the room was off-putting.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were the highlight, large, stylish, with a fireplace, and offered a great view of downtown LA. They were very clean and beautifully designed, almost like a spacious studio apartment. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. However, there was an extra $20 per day resort fee, which was a bit disappointing.
The one-bedroom king suite was like an apartment, with a balcony and kitchenette, big and spacious. However, the room design seemed more for looks than functionality with poor lighting at the desk and limited space for hanging towels. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond, and the location was conveniently close to Sunset Blvd, Beverly Hills, and many LA destinations. The dining could have been better with limited variety and high prices.
